Qualifications

I am a member of the Home Inspector Association of South Florida. HIASF provides training specifically geared toward construction techniques and the building science of Southern Florida. I am a member of InterNACHI®, the world's largest organization of certified home and commercial property inspectors, and an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI®. I am a Florida Licensed Home Inspector. I am certified by the Florida Department of Health as a Radon Measurement Technician. I am a NORMI Certified Microbial Screener and also a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants.

We love being home inspectors. During our inspections, we follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that we will inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology. Claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
