We perform all inspections in strict accordance with the ​State of Florida Home Inspection Standards of Practice or, when applicable, the Pre Drywall Inspection Standards of Practice. This ensures every inspection meets the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and integrity.

This displaced chimney cap was discovered during an inspection in the prestigious Port Royal neighborhood. It’s a perfect example of why we utilize drone technology—to safely and thoroughly inspect high or hard-to-reach areas that might otherwise go unnoticed.

This cracked and leaking polybutylene plumbing pipe highlights a common issue found in older homes. Polybutylene was widely used in the 1980s and 1990s—but it's prone to failure and may lead to costly repairs.

Our thermal camera detected a loose electrical lug—something completely invisible to the naked eye. Left unchecked, this could pose a serious fire hazard. This is a perfect example of why we use infrared technology during our inspections. It allows us to uncover hidden issues that traditional methods might miss, giving you a more complete and accurate assessment of your home’s safety.

This hazardous condition was found in a brand-new construction—proving that even newly built homes can have serious safety issues. A thorough inspection can uncover hidden dangers before they become costly or dangerous.

During an inspection, we found this incorrect electrical repair performed by a homeowner. Electrical work should always be handled by a licensed electrician to ensure safety and code compliance.

The moisture meter is an essential tool for accurately detecting and verifying moisture intrusion in your home, helping to identify potential problems before they cause significant damage.

This double tap—where two wires are connected under a single breaker terminal—is a common electrical panel defect we found in a home right here in Naples. Double taps can lead to overheating and pose a serious fire hazard. It’s important to have these corrected by a licensed electrician to ensure your home’s electrical safety.
